Privacy Pledge
- Your Personal and Company information is for our internal use only.
- Our sole reason to have your information
is to allow us to re-contact you if we do not currently have what you are looking for.
- We will not contact you unless we have something you have expressed
an interest in.
- It is never given out to any third parties.
- It will never be sold to list companies.

Bidding, Pricing and Availability
- Bid higher than market value if you really want it.
- Bid lower than market value if you feel the low bid will be accepted.
- All bids may be rejected if reserve (bid minimum) is not met.
- Bids normally stay open till the contract owner decides to close the
sale.
- Once accepted all sales are closed as soon as possible.
- The prices indicated on all items are subject to bid acceptance by the originating
companies.
(if on consignment or a repossession from a bank or lease company).
- Every effort has been made to give accurate information on all items
but we reserve the right to make description corrections or changes as
needed.
- All equipment shown or referred to, is subject to prior sale.
- If titled, the title is mailed directly to you once payment is
received by the owner of the contract.
- You will receive an invoice or Bill of Sale upon sale completion.

Payment for Purchases
- Purchases may be paid for by cash, wire transfer or cashiers check.
- We do not
accept company checks nor credit cards.
- We do not offer credit.
- All purchases must be paid
for in-full prior to their being released for pickup or shipment.

Warranties
- Harmon Distributing will always make every effort to provide you with
detailed, accurate equipment information.
- It will be assumed by all parties that all equipment is functional and operational
unless noted otherwise.
- Unless noted otherwise IN WRITING.. Harmon Distributing does not
offer any warranties or guarantees on any item sold except those that
may be given by each manufacturer on their respective equipment.
- All equipment is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS"
unless other arrangements have been made prior to the sale.

The purchaser, alone, is responsible for determining all
equipment's fitness, merchantability and usability for themselves. Harmon
Distributing makes makes no other claims nor offers any other remedies after purchase. |
Freight
- We do not deliver.
- Unless noted otherwise, all equipment is to be FOB (freight on buyer) Portland, Oregon.
